Product Description

This model is a three-layer multi-functional integrated flexible turnover rack. It is assembled using 4040 standard industrial aluminum profile modules. It is divided into an upper layer of flexible sliding track, a middle layer of multi-channel flexible storage, and a lower layer of a whole-piece anti-static storage plate. The top of the rack is reserved with an independent heightening lamp frame installation frame, and the bottom is equipped with omnidirectional silent brake wheels. It integrates three functions: advanced first-in-first-out buffering for materials, flat material storage, and workstation lighting mounting. There is no need to separately purchase material racks, workbenches, or lamp frames. It is specially designed for electronic assembly and inspection workstations to provide an integrated lean material solution.

  • Integrated seamless anti-static bottom surface: The bottom integrated rubber surface has no joint gaps and is equipped with grounding wires, effectively releasing static electricity and protecting precision components such as chips and circuit boards.
  • Four-wheel omnidirectional moving locking structure: Each of the four feet is equipped with polyurethane silent universal wheels, which can freely move 360°. The foot-operated brake can lock the position, allowing for flexible switching between transportation and fixed placement.
